Tis the Season for Leftovers!


The wonders of Christmas time! The delicious never ending delicious delights. Ham, chicken, turkey, duck, goose, lamb, you name it, at Christmas, you may have it! Even now, a seafood fest is a part of Christmas dinner celebrations.


Well, what do we do with all the leftovers? After day two, yet graceful for the wonderful feast, family become slightly bothered with another plate of "Christmas dinner."


Don't fret, just become creative! Turn most of those meats like chicken, turkey, and ham into chicken salad, ham salad, or turkey salad. Place them in warm croissants for morning brunches or with crackers and use as a movie night snack.


Here is a simple recipe to help you change your leftovers into is any more of that chicken, ham, or turkey salad, left over?


Quick Fab Foodie Leftover Chicken or Ham or Turkey Salad Recipe.

Things Needed:

2 cups of leftover shredded or chop meat of your choice

1/2 cup of mayo or Miracle Whip (or your favorite brand) or Ranch dressing

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Dash of garlic powder

Dash of onion powder

Dash of black pepper

Optional:

1/2 teaspoon of yellow mustard

Dash of Lawry's seasoning salt (or seasoning salt of your choice)

Chopped yellow onions (to your taste)

Sweet relish (to your taste)


Mix together and serve.

Add veggies to your sandwich. Be creative!
