Smoked Grilled Corn
Summer is grilling season! So here is a crowd pleasing grilled corn recipe featuring our soon premiering Davis Farms Spice collection! (In the meantime, use your own favorite seasonings)
Remember DO NOT substitute regular paprika for smoked paprika!
Smoked paprika is what gives this dish its smoky delicious flavor.
Ears of corn in husk
Salt free or Salted Butter
Davis Farm Spices Smoked Paprika (or your favorite smoked paprika)
Your favorite Salt Free All Purpose seasoning
Cut 2 pieces of aluminum foil to cover each ear of corn.
Place ears of corn on foil, open up husk on one side of corn, generously butter corn and sprinkle spices onto corn.
Cover back with husk.
Generously cover husk with butter and spices, wrap up in aluminum foil and place on the grill and cover. Cook for about 20 minutes.
Don't have time to set up the grill? Guess what! You can achieve great roasted corn in the oven. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees, follow the same directions and cook corn for 30 minutes!
