Quick Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
NO PIZZA TONIGHT! You worked hard all this week, so why not treat yourself to an easy elegant dish to celebrate the start of your weekend!
You Will Need:
4 oz chicken breasts
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon Boujee Spices Garlic & Herb Seasoning salt www.boujeespices.com or your favorite seasoning salt
1 teaspoon Ms. Dash
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup of Pepper Jack Cheese
1/4 cup of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 cups of chopped fresh spinach, small bag
Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
Butterfly cut your chicken breasts make sure not to cut through the breast
Season the chicken with reminding seasoning.
In a bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, all the cheeses, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic.
Stuff chicken with cream cheese mixture. Secure the chicken with toothpicks.
Cook in a well-oiled pan for 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
Cover pan with pan cover or aluminum foil for 15 minutes. Uncover chicken and let cook for the remaining 15 minutes until golden brown.
