I LOVE MAY! Not only is May the month for my birthday but it is a wonderful month for colorful foods and great outdoor food-centered activities!
May is a full burst of Spring with a sneak peek into summer. The weather is mild, and nature is in full bloom, making it the perfect time to start growing fresh produce in your garden whether big or small. Honey, you must grow something! And enjoy taking your dining experiences, outdoors. From outdoor grilling to picnics in the park, May is for me, the perfect month, not too hot, not too cold, and not too many bugs coming to join your celebration!
Speaking of celebration, May kicks off outdoor celebration with Cinco de Mayo and Memorial Day!

Here is a recipe for delicious easy two in one homemade Ice Cream
Fab Foodie Birthday Cake
What you will need:
2 cups heavy cream
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup yellow cake mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sprinkles! Got to have them!
Let's Get Started:
In a large mixing bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, cake mix, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
Add sprinkles if desired and fold in gently.
Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Scoop and enjoy your homemade Birthday cake flavored ice cream!
