HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Updated: May 11, 2022

It's the most wonderful time of the year! And I will choose to celebrate!

Life for me has been FESTIVE to say the least! For my family 2021 brought many ups, downs, health scares, and a BIG FAT GLORIOUS END OF THE YEAR TEXAS WEDDING!

I am thankful and tremendously blessed that I am among the living, my family circle has not been broken, and I still have both of my parents.

My mom's challenges have brought us closer together and has expanded our waist line with all the glorious food we have been cooking and loved ones have provided. Honey, for Thanksgiving, a church member came and dropped off a WHOLE "WE WERE THINKING ABOUT YOU AND MADE AN EXTRA POUND CAKE!" And anytime my mommy request a special dish from a family member via phone, the next day that dish is hand delivered to her doorstep.

We are blessed by the love and support our family, friends, and hometown community has shown us during this season of my mother's life.

This year, I took a chance and ran away to chase a dream . I'm now patiently waiting for it to manifest. That's why I haven't been blogging as much, so I thank you for your patience and continued support! YEAH!!!

To my Fab Foodie Club subscribers, YOU ARE THE BEST! You thought my blog was worth checking out and enjoying! THANK YOU! Invite others to join you too cause I have a lot of FABULOUS magic under my sleeves to bring to you, so get ready!

No matter what this year has brought to your doorstep, you have made it to the end and that is a reason to CELEBRATE!
